Here you can lower your blood pressure by special breathing techniques associated with music and color therapy.

Please follow the directions below to make your experience both enjoyable and useful.

Turn the music on.
  Music is part of the therapy, and it is required during the treatment.

Set the browser at full screen.
If you can, measure your blood pressure, and record it now.

Make your room as comfortable as possible.

Sit in a straight position so your stomach/belly can fully expand. See below some sitting postures that helps you to sit straight. Don’t sit in a position that is uncomfortable for you.

For the color therapy efficiency, it is advisable that your monitor is the main light in your room.


Select the slowest breathing speed (smaller number) that is comfortable with you.  Your target is 6 Breaths Per Minute (BPM), and you might need several sessions to move to the slower speed.

Breath slowly following the black bars. Breath expanding your belly, not your chest (1). Make sure you don’t have any tight clothes that prevents your belly to fully expand.
