Thank you for your interest in helping us beta testing our website/app.
We would really appreciate if you could help us testing our product.

What is beta testing?

The beta test is the second phase of software testing in which regular users like you try the product out.

How long will beta test last?

This is a tough question. It should last until all problems are discovered, but that is impossible. Google kept their gmail in beta test for over 5 years with over 100,000,000 beta testers. Does it seam a lot? Well, probably it is, but not enough to test all combinations of hardware and software all over the world. In our case we should test every combination of CPU, motherboard, graphic card, monitor, audio card, operative system, browser, browser addons, mobile devices, etc., etc. That is probably more than 100 million combinations. Of course, we will not keep our app in beta for years, but we’ll wait until the application become stable.

What should I do to help your beta testing?

What we ask you is to use the application normally. Just be patient if you found a problem, probably you are the first one with your hardware and software using the app. When you find a problem, you should check down on this page if the problem is already known, if not, we really appreciate if you tell us about it. You can use the “Contact Us” page, or click on the lady bug on the same page with the problem, (or one after it) and answer the few questions on the form that will be displayed.
In addition, we would like to know about any comment you might have on the app, especially if they are negative, so we can find a way to improve the app.

What should I expect during the beta test

Beside the problems that you might discovered, and the ones reported below, during the beta test the app can change more quickly than an app that is after beta test. Unfortunately, it might also happen that something that was working, stops working and the site, or part of it, might be not reachable. Of course, we do the maximum attention to avoid it, but it might happen.
